Bifrost Hotel – Boutique Hospitality in the Icelandic Highlands

Bifrost Hotel is a remote boutique hotel nestled between the north and south of Iceland. Despite its stunning natural surroundings and strategic location, the hotel suffered from an outdated digital presence, including an old website, outdated booking visuals, and a lack of modern UX design. With only 1,000 monthly visitors, the hotel was underperforming in the digital space.

We were brought in to execute a full digital transformation and reposition Bifrost as a premium destination for travelers seeking an authentic Icelandic experience.

Challenge

The client needed a modern, intuitive, and scalable website that reflected the hotel’s natural appeal and could better serve both domestic and international travelers.
